28th Amendment:Technology Ban

The Following Things Are Banned in the United States of America:

• Owning any form of communication systems
• Researching technology in anyway
• Communicating or traveling to other countries
• Owning or reading a book on the restricted list

Consequences:
• If a citizen breaks one of the laws they face 5 years jail time
• If a citizen breaks two of the laws they face 10 years jail time
• If a citizen breaks 3 of the laws they face 15 years jail time
• If a citizen breaks all 4 of the laws they face a lifetime sentence

The US goverment asks its citizen to welcome these constitutional changes with open arms. They will make us a stronger and safer society.
